Our friendly therapists are more than happy to give advice on ailments and general queries where possible and if we don’t have an answer for you straight away, we will do our best to research and find one!

RELAXING ENVIRONMENT

Remedial massage is the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management.

Myotherapy is a form of trigger point therapy that frees tight tissue under pressure and stretching to realign the body back into balance.

Sports massage is a type of massage that is generally tailored to sporting injuries or ailments.

Deep Tissue massage therapy with deeper pressure than our remedial massage. This method is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

Relaxation massage involves long smooth gliding strokes that are rhythmic and flowing with pressure that is deeply relaxing, but not painful. A treatment that is designed to soothe and relax you, not to relieve chronic pain or other underlying ailments.

Pregnancy massage is a combination of relaxation massage and deep tissue. The massage therapist adapts techniques to address changes a woman goes through during her pregnancy.

Dry Needling* is a treatment technique in which a thin filament needle is inserted directly into a trigger point within a muscle. This is aimed at releasing tight muscles with the goal of permanently reducing muscle pain and dysfunction.
