Myotherapy
(Trigger Points)

Myotherapy is a form of trigger point therapy that frees tight tissue under pressure and stretching to realign the body. 

Remedial

Remedial massage is the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management.

Sports

Sports massage is a type of massage that is generally tailored to sporting injuries or ailments.

Relaxation

Relaxation massage involves long smooth gliding strokes that are rhythmic and flowing with pressure that is deeply relaxing, but not painful. A treatment that is designed to soothe and relax you, not to relieve chronic pain or other underlying ailments.

Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue massage therapy with deeper pressure than our remedial massage. This method is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia.

Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation massage therapy can aid in regaining or maintaining a range of movement without discomfort, as well as assisting in the realignment of muscles and joints through gentle stimulation and stretching.
